We accept returns on all orders (unless discounted 30% or more resulting in final sale) within 14 days from the date of fulfillment (the date your order shipped).

After this time, we will offer store credit for returns on full-price orders* up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund or credit.

Products returned that are not in exact condition as shipped will be returned to the sender.

Shipping/restocking charges for returns are $7 and are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in making an exchange, we offer an “instant exchange” option in our return portal.

You are allowed to make exchanges up to 30 days after fulfillment. With instant exchanges, we charge for the difference between items (if there is one), and have a $1 authorization hold on your given CC. This way, your exchange is created instantly, and you have 14 days from when the exchange is processed to have the items you are exchanging in the mail. If you do not have the items you are returning for your new piece in the mail by then, we will charge your card for the full amount of the new item you are exchanging for. Just a little something we like to tell our customers about because the instant exchange is great for items that are running low in stock!

And also, if you chose to do an exchange, the handling fee is only $5.
